Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel difficult, and I’m glad you’re here. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your story, and knowing you are genuinely heard and understood.

Working with adults, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and support as you work toward the changes you want to make.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR. I tailor our work together to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a difficult season, looking for healthier ways to cope, processing past experiences, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and grow.
